Acute dermatitis
This medication works. My dog got very acute dermatitis during the bushfires. Whatever was in the air it made her lose 1/3 of her coat. All fur around her red sore eyes had fallen off. 2 months of therapy, her skin calmed and she is regeiwing all her fur lost. The sore red eyes are now clear but it is a very long and expensive therapy. But it works. So please do it if your dog is suffering.

This product definitely works to reduce the inflamed pink skin and itching that accompanies. My concern is with suppressing the immunity to other diseases. So I have played around with doses and find he only needs half a tablet every couple of days to control symptoms. Read up to know what you’re getting but it may be worth it still to relieve the symptoms for the dog’s comfort, as I’ve chosen.

I have a dog who licks He’s a Westie who has itchy skin which makes him lick his paws constantly. So much so, his feet and mouth are staying at dirty brown colour. Within half an hour of him taking his first tablet of Apoquel he stopped licking and now he doesn’t lick any more We tried Cytopoint but he hated the needles and he still licked a bit. Apoquel has given him relief and I can see the white fur growing underneath his stains. Big thumbs up.
