  • Medication Processing and Shipping (Express Post) - Recommended for non-urgent orders and shipping to most metro areas.
  • Medication Processing and Shipping (Startrack Premium) - Recommended for urgent orders and shipping to regional areas.
  • Cold Shipping (Startrack Premium) - Is for cold medication deliveries and includes the cost of delivery, ice bricks and a styrofoam esky.
  • Startrack Premium cannot be used for delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
  • Split Delivery - Prescription Medication orders that also contain heavier or more bulky retail products (for example, pet food) may be split due to the cost of delivering these items via express options. In this case, your prescription medication will be delivered by Express Post or Startrack Premium, and your retail item will be delivered by the lowest cost carrier.

Returns:

Several types of goods that either we sell or which are supplied by the dispensing pharmacist are either cannot be returned or are not legally allowed to be returned, including some health and personal care items. Prescription and other medications cannot be returned in compliance with state legislation.

By law prescription medication cannot be re-sold after they have left the pharmacy premises. As such, refunds are not available for unused medicines once they have been supplied by the pharmacist and dispatched.     Excellent results from this product our dog has stopped continuously chewing and licking, have slowly decreased pills and she is only having half a tablet each morning now.

    This is the only medication we have found to relieve itching in our Bichon. Half the price the vet charges.

    Best product for skin condition dogs

    Prior to using these tablets, all out Blue Heeler would do was itch and bite herself, nonstop. Whilst she is having two tablets daily, she is a different dog, you would not expect her to have a skin condition at all. Highly recommend!

    APOQUEL works up to a certain
    point but even when i give him one tablet a day he still itches himself.
