First time user of Pet Chemist Online for my diabetic dog Atticus. I was concerned the insulin would not arrive cold as I live in Perth. I needn't have worried. Thanks to the packaging and speed of delivery it was extremely cold on arrival. And as a new customer, I had only ordered and sent off the physical script and email copy on Wednesday and had the insulin in my fridge before midday on Tuesday. That is incredible. CANINSULIN & Syringes
Our poor old dog was diagnosed with diabetes and is now reliant on insulin. We bought the first bottle from the vet then found Pet Chemist online, we virtually get 2 bottles from Pet Chemist for almost the same price as one bottle from the vet, not to mention the syringes.
Always arrives on time, well packed and the staff have been awesome (when I have needed to contact them).
Definitely recommend them for specialised items.

My 1st dealing with Pet Chemist Online was most satisfactory & the product was at my door cold when they said it would be sent by courier. My 2nd order was for the 3 bottles remaining on the original script all sent as 1 parcel (saving postage). The team is very helpful & efficient and the cost is far less than the vet (including postage).
I will be continuing to use Pet Chemist Online as my mini schnauzer Henry has recently be diagnosed diabetic.
