This product needs to be chilled. I usually pay the top cool freight surcharge & haven't been disappointed with the quick turnaround. I ran out over Xmas (my fault) & had to buy the product from my vet. Over $100 for 1 vial. I buy 3 of these through Pet Chemist for about $160.
