I confirm that my pet was examined by a veterinarian who recommended the use of this Hill's Prescription Diet on the basis of their diagnosis;
I understand that it is recommended that I seek veterinary advice at least every 6 months regarding the usage of this Hill's Prescription Diet; and
I understand that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet’s condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use this Hill's Prescription Diet.

In-stock items ordered before 5pm on a weekday are generally dispatched the following business day, while in-stock items ordered after 5pm are generally dispatched within 48-72 hours. In-stock items ordered on weekends and public holidays will generally be dispatched the next business day.

Returns:

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date the tracking confirms it has been delivered to you.

We accept returns for up to 14 days from the date of delivery, providing it is unopened and in original condition (including packaging). For these purchases you can return your order for store credit.

You can return your order for a refund if the item is faulty, not fit for the intended purpose or not as pictured on the website. Items returned after 14 days from the date of delivery may not qualify for a refund, or may incur an extra restocking fee.
