I have this for pain relief for my dog who has bowel cancer
My dog was given 3-6 months 1 year later and still going strong

My fourteen year old Labrador Retriever Ellie takes Metacam daily for her arthritis and it is a great help to her. Meloxicam has been prescribed by my vet for arthritis on my ageing furbaby. It is a good product and she has it daily along with 4Cyte. Pet Chemist have the most competitive price and a very prompt service, but remember to get you script in the right size if you want to use the generic brand.

A Huge Saving & Such Great Value
I have a male desexed Dobermann who will be 8yo in February 2022.
He had Achilles Tendon surgery on his right hind leg and has mineralisation in his right foreleg wrist. His Specialist Orthopaedic Vet has him on a daily low maintenance dose (half the dose for his weight) of Meloxicam - I prefer the Metacam brand because he seems to get the best results and relief from it.
Since starting the low maintenance dose of the medication he is moving much better than he has in months and rarely seems to exhibit stiffness when rising from lying down or sleeping.
My local vet charges $64.95 for a 32mL bottle (Pet Chemist sell the same amount for $24.95) of Metacam. The price for the 180mL through Pet Chemist is exceptional value for money.
I was surprised when the order arrived - the 180mL bottle is HUGE!
I've been buying my two Dobermanns' medications from Pet Chemist since 01 June 2021 and I have saved thousands of dollars compared to what my local vet charges for the same medications.
I suggest asking your local vet to write a prescription for any medications your pet may need (many vets won't - no wonder with the markup they charge on prescription drugs).
