ordering problem
At the time of ordering there should be a notification to customers who have ordered those medications that require Pet Chemist to have the hard copy prescription in hand before dispensing those medications. It was disappointing to only learn of this a couple of days after I had ordered, and therefore AFTER I had already sent the vet's script by regular post. Also, Pet Chemist said they'd let me know when the hard copy script had arrived, but they failed to do this.
