Cobalazorb (B12) For Dogs & Cats (60 capsules) is an oral cobalamin (vitamin B12) supplement designed to help support normal serum cobalamin (vitamin B12) and folate (vitamin B9) levels in dogs and cats.

Ingredients

• Cobalamin (vitamin B12): Cobalamin is a water-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in many physiological processes including cellular metabolism, DNA synthesis, amino acid metabolism, fatty acid metabolism and erythrocyte formation.
• Folic acid (vitamin B9): Folic acid is a synthetic form of folate, another important water-soluble B vitamin that is essential for DNA synthesis and repair thus playing a key role in cell division and growth. As a result, proliferating cells such as erythrocytes, leukocytes and enterocytes have a high requirement for folic acid.
• Preplex® prebiotics: A prebiotic combination of fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS) and acacia (gum arabic), which helps to support a healthy gastrointestinal microbiota and thus aiding the maintenance of optimum serum folate and cobalamin levels.
• Artificial chicken flavouring: To improve palatability and compliance, without any concerns for animals with food allergies or intolerances.

Cobalazorb Works

Posted by Jacquie Humphrey on 25th Oct 2023

My veterinarian prescribed Cobalazorb for my 14-month-old Border Collie who was suffering from digestive issues and the results were so positive. He had no energy, constant diarrhoea, and frequent vomiting and it kept recurring until Coballazorb was added to his diet. The capsules can be easily pulled open and sprinkled on his food or given directly as a capsule.

Good product

Posted by Anne on 2nd Sep 2023

My greyhound has been on Cobalazorb since being diagnosed with IBD and it has really helped his condition. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that I find it difficult to push the capsules out of the blister pack which is quite brittle and often breaks, the other issue, although the pack is stored in a cupboard, some capsules in every pack have dried out and can’t be sprinkled.

Great product

Posted by Marg on 19th Jun 2023

My 15 year old cat has diagnosed IBD and after testing for different food reactions he is now eating Turkey and having probiotics and other additives including Cobalazorb. He is now eating very well and putting on weight. The Cobalazorb is very well accepted for taste which has been a problem with some of the additives.

B12 for EPI dog

Posted by Debra Taylor on 13th May 2022

We are trialling this with an EPI dog. So far seems to be going well. It's easy to use & we have had no issue with our dog eating it sprinkled on her food.
