The Feliway Diffuser continuously releases the Feliway pheromone into your cats environment to help reduce their stress levels.

Feliway is a synthetic copy of the feline facial pheromone, used by cats to mark their territory as safe and secure. By mimicking the cat’s natural facial pheromones, Feliway creates a state of familiarity and security in the cat's local environment.

As a result, Feliway can be used to help comfort and reassure cats, while they cope with a challenging situation and/or help prevent or reduce the stress caused to a cat during a change in their environment.

When To Use Feliway Diffuser? - The Diffuser is ideal for multi-cat households, moving home, introducing new pets, redecorating, new furniture, settling into a new home, parties at home, and for firework nights. The Feliway Diffuser can also be used to provide further support to the Feliway Spray and Feliscratch by Feliway in scratching and urine spraying/marking.

How to use the Feliway Diffuser? - The Feliway Diffuser is designed to be left on continuously and will cover a space of 50-70m2. Avoid placing the diffuser behind furniture, doors or curtains or underneath shelves as this can make it less effective. Each diffuser refill will last for 30 days.

Directions for Use

• Removal the refill vial cap.
• Screw the refill vial onto diffuser unit.
• Plug the diffuser into an electric socket.
• Leave the diffuser switched on continuously.
• Diffuser refill should last 4 weeks.
• Do not plug in behind a door, curtain, behind/underneath furniture, or in the direct line of an air conditioner.

Shipping: In-stock items ordered before 5pm on a weekday are generally dispatched the following business day, while in-stock items ordered after 5pm are generally dispatched within 48-72 hours. In-stock items ordered on weekends and public holidays will generally be dispatched the next business day.

Returns: Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date the tracking confirms it has been delivered to you. We accept returns for up to 14 days from the date of delivery, providing it is unopened and in original condition (including packaging). For these purchases you can return your order for store credit. You can return your order for a refund if the item is faulty, not fit for the intended purpose or not as pictured on the website. Items returned after 14 days from the date of delivery may not qualify for a refund, or may incur an extra restocking fee.
