In-stock items ordered before 5pm on a weekday are generally dispatched the following business day, while in-stock items ordered after 5pm are generally dispatched within 48-72 hours. In-stock items ordered on weekends and public holidays will generally be dispatched the next business day.

My Family pet tags are custom engraved for your pet so please closely check and confirm your requested engraving details before placing your order. Once dispatched from our warehouse, orders for pet tags cannot be returned or exchanged. or not as pictured on the website. Items returned after 14 days from the date of delivery may not qualify for a refund, or may incur an extra restocking fee.
