Product Information

Between the warm climate, our love for the outdoors and your dog’s innate ability to find the muddiest, smelliest spot to roll around in - effective, year-round parasite protection is a non-negotiable in Australia.

Simparica TRIO® is a monthly chew that provides vet grade protection against the opportunistic, blood-thirsty freeloaders that prey upon our furry friends. TRIO delivers APVMA-approved, all-in-one protection against a whole gamut of these nasty, hitchhiking parasites like (deep breath) fleas, paralysis ticks, deadly heartworm, roundworm, hookworm, mites, mange and even mosquitoes.

It’s developed by the world’s leading animal health company, lasts up to 35 days and has a tasty liver flavour so you get peace of mind, a little leeway and they get their treatment disguised as a treat.

Simparica TRIO. Vet grade protection for dogs, trusted by dog people across Australia and the world.

General Direction
  1. Choose the right dose. Select the Simparica TRIO pack that matches your dog's body weight — refer to the weight guide if unsure.
  2. Give monthly, with or without food. Most dogs take it like a treat. For fussier dogs, pair the chew with a preferred treat or place directly into their mouth.
  3. Repeat every month, year-round for continuous protection. Start at any time of year — there's no need to wait for tick season.
  4. Missed a dose? Give as soon as you remember and continue their regular monthly schedule. Set up a free reminder at zoetis.com.au/pet-reminders
Side Effects

Simparica TRIO has a strong safety record and is recommended by vets across Australia. Side effects are uncommon, but as with any medication, it's worth knowing what to watch for. The most commonly reported side effects are vomiting, diarrhoea and lethargy. Less commonly, reduced appetite, increased thirst, and restlessness have been observed. In very rare cases, seizures have been reported. If you notice anything unusual after giving Simparica TRIO, contact your vet.
